1-15.5 oz can Chickpeas (rinsed & Drained)
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Tahini
1 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Chopped Garlic Clove
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Cup Black Beans (rinsed & Drained)
1 Teaspoon Taco Seasoning
1/4 Cup Cilantro
Place Chickpeas, Oil, Tahini, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Salt & Pepper in Blender or food processor blend every 30 seconds or so stop and scrape edges if it is too thick you can add a tablespoon or 2 of water during this process, Once you have reached a creamy consistency add Black Beans, Taco Seasoning and Cilantro and begin blending again until you have a smooth and creamy dip. Garnish with Avocado or Salsa
