No Bake cookies

Ingredients

 

  1. 2 cups sugar.
  2. 1/2 cup milk.
  3. 1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter.
  4. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
  5. 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats.
  6. 1 cup smooth peanut butter.
  7. 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract.
  8. Large pinch kosher salt.In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat and stir in the vanilla, salt, peanut butter and oats.Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Allow cookies to cool for at least 1 hour.
